Privacy policy
Last updated: October 2026
This page explains what Osidion Digital ("we") collects when you visit osidion.com, why, and what you can do about it. We follow Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843).
What we collect
- What you send us. If you use the contact form we receive your name, email address, and the message you write. If you book a call through Calendly, Calendly shares your name, email and the answers you give with us.
- How you use the site. Analytics and advertising tools record the pages you visit, how you got here, your device and browser, and approximate location. Some tools also record how you move around a page.
- WhatsApp. If you message us on WhatsApp, we see your number and what you write.
Tools we use
Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, the LinkedIn Insight Tag, Hotjar, Vercel Speed Insights, Calendly, Web3Forms (to deliver contact form messages) and hCaptcha (to block spam). Each has its own privacy policy and may set cookies or similar identifiers.
Why we use it
- To reply to you and run any work we agree.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it.
- To measure and improve our own advertising.
We do not sell your information.
How long we keep it
Messages and booking details are kept for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry or contract, and for any period the law requires. Analytics data is kept according to each tool's settings.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. You can also block cookies in your browser settings or use a tracking-protection extension, and the site will still work. To make a request, email us at hello@osidion.com.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
